HeliFence is an automatic folding safety fence that creates a secure perimeter around the landing area, especially in challenging weather conditions. When raised, it protects crew and equipment against rotor downwash, strong winds and vessel motion at the deck edge, reducing the risk of people or objects being blown or sliding overboard. Because the fence can be deployed and retracted remotely, fewer operations are needed on deck during takeoff and landing in bad weather, which significantly lowers exposure to operational risks. When not in use, HeliFence neatly folds away to keep the deck clear for other operations and optimal visibility.
